Workstamp Privacy Policy

Workstamp ("the App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the App processes and how.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App has no sign-up or login, and does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

3. Information Stored Only on Your Device

Data you enter — attendance records, work schedules, goals — is stored only in local storage on your device and is never transmitted to the operator's servers. Deleting the App also deletes this data.

4. Information Collected Automatically via Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may automatically collect and process certain information:

• Google AdMob (advertising): advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad-interaction data for serving and measuring ads.
• Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics): app usage events and device information.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics): diagnostic information (device state, error logs) when the App crashes.
• Google Firebase Remote Config: delivery of feature configuration values.

Data handling by these services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's partner policies.

5. Advertising & Consent (EEA, UK, etc.)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and other applicable regions, a consent dialog is shown on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choices anytime under Settings → Manage privacy options in the App.
